Submit Claim

  • Use this section to submit a warranty, defect claim or freight claim (shipping damage as a result of transit). For claim consideration it is necessary that you attach photo files before submitting that show damages of product.

  • Please also attach a copy of the proof of delivery receipt or Bill of Lading for pallet orders which was signed when your products or pallets were received. Important Note: please take pictures of product outer cartons / packaging that appear to have damage prior to opening the individual packages to inspect for internal product damages.

  • Notate all damages on the Bill of Lading prior to signing it.
  • Refuse all damaged goods to the delivering carrier.
  • Notify OzAudio USA about damages and provide copy of signed bill of lading.
  • A piece count is provided on our Bill of Lading. Please confirm piece count prior to signing Bill of Lading.
  • Notate all shortages on the Bill of Lading prior to signing it.
  • Notify OzAudio USA about shortages and provide copy of signed bill of lading.
